We take the “less is more” approach with this minimal-ingredient condiment. Inspired by our founder Jordan's time living in Hawaii, this sauce is pineapple forward with some slow and steady heat from our lacto-fermented green chiles. It's a match made in taco heaven for carnitas (but any taco will do) especially if our pickled red onions are also in the mix. Otherwise, we recommend you put this on anything you'd put hot sauce on.
